Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials. Products that have been used, opened, tampered with, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during promotional campaigns, festive sales, flash sales, clearance sales, special discount offers, bundle offers, or any other sale event are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
All sale purchases are considered final sale transactions and shall not be eligible for return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund unless required by applicable law.

Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund request.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method after verification.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The Company's maximum liability for any approved refund claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.
